About the Faculty of Medicine at University of Galati:

The „Dunărea de Jos” University of Galati (UGAL) was established in 1991. The Faculty of Medicine at the university was founded in 2004. The faculty features modern infrastructure spread across 8,000 square meters, including spacious amphitheaters, fully equipped labs and workrooms, access to advanced clinics, a growing digital library, new dormitories, and sports facilities.

The medical faculty at UGAL offers various programs including Medicine, Dental Medicine and Pharmacy among others. Out of these, only the Medicine program is offered in English language and ideal for students seeking to study MBBS in Romania. The other study programs are only available in Romanian language.

NMC compliance and validity in India - The degree earned from University of Galati in Romania fulfils all the provisions of the NMC. You can also obtain a license to practice upon completing your degree.
